These Terms govern use of LumiCup, a personalized non-alcoholic drink recommendation and home-café recipe service, provided by JejuLeadSoft Co., Ltd.
1. Service
Features and availability may change depending on app version, operating system, external providers, and operational circumstances.
2. Accounts and User Responsibility
Some features may require an account. Users must provide accurate information, protect account access, and use the service lawfully.
3. Purchases, Subscriptions, and Advertising
Paid products, subscriptions, premium features, and advertising, when offered, follow the price and conditions shown in the applicable app store. Store refund and cancellation rules apply.
4. Informational Nature
The service provides information and tools for convenience. Users remain responsible for their own decisions. The service does not guarantee a particular health, financial, investment, or other outcome.
5. Prohibited Conduct
- Interfering with service operation or security
- Unauthorized automated collection, copying, resale, or redistribution
- Misusing another person’s account or personal information
- Using the service in violation of applicable law
6. External Services
App stores, advertising networks, Firebase, linked websites, and other third-party services are governed by their own policies.
7. Changes and Suspension
The Company may change or suspend all or part of the service for maintenance, security, legal, policy, or operational reasons.
8. Intellectual Property
Rights in the software, design, text, images, and Company-created content belong to the Company or their lawful rights holders.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
