JejuLeadSoft processes personal information only as needed to provide LumiCup and does not sell users’ personal information.
1. Information We May Process
- Account identifiers, email, nickname, and sign-in provider information when login is used
- App settings, saved content, goals, preferences, and service activity
- Device model, operating system, app version, installation identifier, push token, error, crash, and performance information
- Purchase or subscription status supplied by the relevant app store
2. Purposes
- Provide accounts, app features, synchronization, notifications, and customer support
- Process premium access and verify store purchase status
- Maintain security, prevent abuse, analyze stability, and improve the service
3. Service Providers
The service may use Google Firebase services, including Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Cloud Messaging, Analytics, and Crashlytics, as well as app-store and advertising services where applicable.
4. Retention and Deletion
Information is retained only as long as needed for the stated purpose or legal obligations, then deleted using reasonable methods. Account-linked data is generally retained until account deletion unless a longer period is legally required.
5. User Rights
Users may request access, correction, deletion, suspension of processing, or withdrawal of consent by contacting support.
6. Children
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 14 without the consent required by Korean law.
7. Security
We use measures such as encrypted communications, access controls, and Firebase security rules.
